McCaig Collim is Northern Ireland’s leading independent supplier, distributor and stockist for the heating, ventilation, climate control and insulation industries.
Founded in 1968 by business partners Norman McCaig and Bob Collim, the company has grown to become a trusted name within the mechanical, heating, ventilation, pipeline and insulation sectors across Northern Ireland.
Operating from our 40,000 sq ft facility near Belfast, we stock and distribute a comprehensive range of pipeline, heating, ventilation and climate control products. Our dedicated transport and logistics team ensures reliable daily deliveries throughout Ireland, while our trade counters provide convenient access for customers collecting directly from our warehouse.
Today, McCaig Collim continues as a family-run business, led by Managing Director Neil Collim, son of co-founder Bob Collim. With over five decades of experience behind us, we remain committed to the values that have shaped the company since the beginning — quality products, expert knowledge and dependable customer service.

Our Team
One of McCaig Collim’s greatest strengths is our experienced and knowledgeable team. Our staff collectively bring hundreds of years of technical sales and industry experience within the heating, ventilation and mechanical services sectors.
As a family-run business, we take great pride in the loyalty and dedication of our team. Over half of our employees have been with the company between 10 and 30 years, with some surpassing the 30-year mark.
This wealth of experience allows us to provide customers with expert advice, technical support and guidance, ensuring the right products are selected for every project.
