We are open to both trade and public. 

How do I apply for a trade account? 

To apply for a trade account, please email a member of the sales team expressing your interest and instructions with next steps will be provided.

What are your opening hours?

Our counters are open during the following times:

Monday – Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Can I come into the store and buy items without placing an order in advance?

You’re more than welcome to come in and buy items directly at the counter—no need to place an order beforehand.

That said, some products can sell out quickly, so if you have your eye on something specific or you require your items urgently, it’s always a good idea to check with us about stock availability first. It helps make sure the item you want is ready and waiting when you arrive!

I can’t find what I’m looking for, what should I do?

We work hard to stock as many high-quality products as possible, but sometimes you might be looking for something we don’t currently have listed or that is bespoke. If that’s the case, please get in touch with our sales team and we will do our best to source the item or suggest a suitable alternative.

Delivery

Delivery charges can vary from order to order. Please get in touch with sales@mccaig-collim.co.uk so we can confirm the delivery cost and arrange the best option for you.

Returns & Refunds

Stock items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition.

Items that have been specially ordered are generally non-returnable, as they are purchased specifically to meet a customer’s request. However, if you have any concerns regarding a specially ordered item, please get in touch with our team and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.

If you believe an item is faulty or there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
