SOUDAL Soudaduct Duct Sealant – DW144 Class C

SOUDAL Soudaduct is a high‑quality, plasto‑elastic, acrylic polymer HVAC duct sealant designed for sealing metal ductwork in heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning systems. The solvent‑free formulation is low odour, easy to apply and provides a durable, airtight seal that remains permanently flexible after curing. 

Manufactured to meet the requirements of DW144 Class C, Soudaduct is ideal for use on galvanised and stainless‑steel duct systems where reliable air tightness and long‑term performance are essential.

Application & Use

Soudaduct can be applied using a brush, hand caulking gun or pneumatic gun. For optimal performance, a minimum 20 mm wet film thickness should be applied over joints and seams to ensure an airtight seal. Application temperature should be between +5 °C and +30 °C.

Uncured sealant can be cleaned with water; once cured, removal is mechanical only.
